Previon Capital was founded by Kiel O'Sullivan, bringing nearly two decades of institutional real estate experience to the boutique platform. Over the course of his career, Kiel has managed the acquisition, development, operations, capitalization, and disposition of several billion dollars in real estate assets across multiple markets in the US and Canada.

His expertise spans the entire real estate lifecycle. Beginning his career navigating complex US real estate investments coming out of the Global Financial Crisis, Kiel developed a deeply cycle-tested perspective on risk, distress, and operational turnarounds. He later went on to successfully stand up and oversee brand-new real estate platforms from scratch, gaining specialized insight into the corporate infrastructure required to scale.

Today, he leverages this comprehensive background to provide Previon's partners and investors with institutional-weight execution and strategic clarity.

Prior to founding Previon Capital, Kiel served as the President of US Single-Family Build-to-Rent at Great Gulf Group. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at Tricon Capital Group (now Tricon Residential) and served as Vice President of Investments and Asset Management. He began his career in capital markets, working in the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging investment banking group at TD Securities.

Kiel holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, where he graduated first overall in his class, and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
